We’ll issue a waste transfer note
A waste transfer note is signed before we remove any waste, this is proof to the council that your rubbish has been dealt with appropriately.

We will collect your rubbish bags before your new guests arrive, and we won’t leave anything behind. We’ll also line the bin and leave the area clear ready for your next guests.
We’ll recycle and dispose of your waste

By law, holiday lets and self-catering accommodation are not permitted to use the Council’s household collection service. The Controlled Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 set out how councils must deal with waste from holiday lets and self-catering accommodation. The legislation says that these premises are businesses and should pay for a commercial waste service, including collection and refuse disposal charges.

We have different pricing options depending on whether you would like a 12 month contract with regular collections, short term payment up front or even pay as you go with collections only when you require. I would like to say how efficient holiday home waste is, we use them for our commercial waste in the shop and also for residential waste in the flat above. We have never had any problems with collections and we can always get to speak to someone if need be who are always very helpful.
