Changes to Ad Hoc and Blue & Green Bag Collections

We are writing to all Ad Hoc and Blue and Green Bag Waste Collection clients monthly, reminding you to please send us all dates for your Waste Collection. Please send us your booking dates monthly or week by week, whichever is easiest for you.

As part of our terms and conditions, we will only collect from your properties on dates that you have requested. If we are not told to collect, then unfortunately we won’t be driving to your property to check bins. ( Ad Hoc and Bag Collections Only)

If we are asked to collect on a certain date and then there is no waste to remove, then we will have to charge a fee of £5.00 + VAT to cover our costs.

The above has unfortunately become more important to us as a business; due to the recent price increases and related fuel costs.

This information is not relevant for customers who are on the annual option.

We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause anyone.
